I went there today and after asking the staff if they had any video games for sale they all looked at me like I had down syndrome, then when I wanted to ask about pricing for a particular item. The "acting manager" who looks like a drug addict basically told me to f*** myself in a nice way when I tried comparing the price for that item.
I always shop here but today I had such a bad experience that I put all my things back and walked out. This place has a policy to not shop off of racks while the girls are unloading. I walked by this rack that has been sitting in the spot since I got here (about 30 min). There was an article of clothing I was interested in taking. Finally I went up to it and grabbed the item. One one ladies yelled at me to stop. You can't touch that. Funny since I always see people take things off the racks. They just don't want you to touch it while the girls are working on it. I was so embarrassed. Then the girl went over and was talking in Spanish to another girl thinking that I would not understand them since I am white but I surely heard everything they said. So I politely put everything back I had in my cart. I went back to the rack and was watching another shopper looking at the item and grabbed it and put it in their cart. And I just left. I know I'll never be back again
Great place with good finds. Over priced at times. Always a lot of shoppers and very busy. Had an issue at checkout where I was overcharged but was compensated maybe due to the fact that I worked there at the time.

Friendly staff, low prices but you must verify things work before leaving the store with them. They say they check stuff out but I've brought things that did not work or had missing pieces once I got them home that could not be checked out in the store
