Very disappointed with my appliance delivery waited 3 weeks for it and when I received it the washing machine was broken. I called them and they said that it was going to take another 3 weeks to receive a new one. I ended returning everything and went to Sears instead. My delivery is going to come in 2 business days. Don't but appliances from Jcpenny
