Don't put something on hold if your a woman. They'll just sell it on you. Literally put a game on hold,the last on in stock in the area got there in a half hour and they sold it. I'm pretty sure to someone who was employed there.
My family goes there often for games, systems and collectibles. The staff is knowledgeable and very helpful no matter what your problem. Great clearance bargains also. It's a great store!
