I'm very upset and sad about the flowers . The delivery was great but I was expecting a better arrangement. I ordered birthday balloons and I received Mother's Day balloon which I didn't like at all because that wasn't a Mother's Day present . I paid for the premium arrangement and I got like 4 roses , although the arrangement doesn't look bad ,it wasn't what I paid for... I'm very disappointed since was my first time purchasing from them. It looked so different from the picture .! :( :(.
John and his staff were so wonderful to work with and created such beautiful bouquets and centerpiece for our wedding. John was very accommodating and always answered an email within 24 hours. I couldnt have asked for a better florist.
The Orchid Florist did an exquisite job with the Country Basket Blooms arrangement. The flowers were artfully placed, and inclusive of many buds among the full blooms, insuring extended life. It surpassed my expectations, and the comment from the family of the recipient was "they did an amazing job"! It took all of 3 hours from time of online order to delivery at a local hospital.
