Truly disgusted with the lack of professionalism displayed by Scott. Not only is the funeral far overpriced, but they are price gouging on an individual they know doesn’t have money. I called back to ask for an itemized bill ONLY to be told “ Find another funeral home” An itemized bill of the costs shouldn’t be hard to put on paper unless you’re behaving unethically. Absolutely shocked at the behavior and treatment!
My father's service will not soon be forgotten. In as much as it commemorated his passing, it was also a fitting celebration of his life.
