Rude rude rude even the manager was rude if i was able to give no stars i would avoid at all costs. and now i have them calling me every month to make a payment because they cant do their job on their website it dont give me an option to pay all of my accounts online that is very inconvenience for me and its so hard to understand them being that they dont speak fluent English we all have jobs they need to stop wasting my time and do theirs so i can pay my bill online i already dont like dealing with rude rude ppl so i dont like them calling me its not my fault that they dont give me the option

Not professional. Most of them can't seem to verbally communicate with customers in a cordial fashion when speaking on the phone. None of them seem very fluent in English. It's pretty sad this Aaron's store has been maintained by the same employees for years. They won't hire people who are not of their ethnic background criteria. Anyone I know will say this Aaron's has poor people skills and the reviews basically speak for themselves. I can't recommend. A pasted "Sorry you feel this way" reply is really the only way to handle problems from what it seems like.

They are willing to work with you and greet you as soon as you walk in i give them 5 stars

Horrible. They call people and say "It's Aaron's do you want to make a payment right now?" Without any professionalism or any kind of break down of what you owe, a reflection of your last payment, nothing. Also they call repeatedly within 5 minutes while you can possibly be at work or in the middle of class. They don't leave voicemails or contact people during normal hours. More like when your children are in bed after 8 pm. The employees have this on the street mentality that they can just bang on your door like police. That can make a very dangerous situation of one of them employees getting hurt. I owe Aaron's nothing I'm just speaking on what I witnessed from a customer of them. Instead of doing all this harrasment count it against their credit or try blacklisting....Try leaving voicemails, and have a working payment system on your website. Funny thing is they were going to make the payment the first day the man was very rude and they got nothing. You shouldn't be rude and harrass people and expect that everyone is willing to be complient.
