9/4/17 Labor Day, I was just running in for a few items (4) to be exact.
Has every thing we needed and good in-store coupons. Great gas prices.
Plus these people didn't even know how to scan the items or coupons or run there credit card... the employee had to come and do it for them....
The customer is only going there because it is short to get thru faster, but it is not faster it just holds up everyone. Just get rid of the 8 items or less line....NOBODY FOLLOWS IT.......PUT A CASHIER THERE IT WILL MOVE FASTER!
All had 25+ items!!! There were employees work the express lanes.
So, why do these customers are aloud to be in this line. Employees need to walk up and down and telling the customer to go to another line..
We've been going here for 15 or so years and the place is on point for selection and prices. Tends to get crazy crowded at peak times, so shop wisely. My only gripe is that they don't do the liquor like Costco...which is why we go to Costco now. But as far as being able to find stuff easily and selection, I'd have to give the nod to BJ's.
I only have time to go after work and they always kick me out before I'm done. This is after the most annoying yelling over the loud speaker all hour about them closing. I guess when your customers already pay to shop there, you can treat them live livestock. I mean who care what they buy or is they're having a pleasant time; They already paid. And then they've got to check your receipt at the door like you're a criminal. As if somehow you snuck one of thise gigantic packages right by the cashier. It's hard to find things. And you still have to be careful, some things aren't a good deal.
Why didn't them tell them to move out of the line, that it was for 8 Items or less....... I stood in line for 50 minutes....BS.
It has a variety of food, clothing, appliances and entertainment items. Well organized, which makes it easy to find items. Cashiers are quick and efficient.
I got into the "Express Lane" 8 Items or less. 7 people ahead of me.
