I have worked for this company for almost four years. Yes they help the less fortunate and that is fantastic! Speaking from personal experience, upper management will pretend to listen to your concerns and requests , because issues that would be brought to the table would get tossed by the wayside. Administration would have a way of making the direct care workers opinions and suggestions feel as though our ideas would not have success without even trying to give it a shot, with a subtle belittling tactic. Full time staff knows the client best , not a person with an important title that sits in the background! All of the full time staff that I worked with, were very good and had our client's best interest at heart. It's a shame that administration treats the case worker like an unimportant little man, when the bottom line is that we are the ones that make CHD a success.
