Room smells like an ashtray. Woke up with a lot of bug bites (maybe bed bugs?). The worst part was the staff waking me up in the middle of the night saying their computer messed up and I needed to give them my credit card info again. Weird thing is that my stay was prepaid by my company. So now I'm on hold with my credit card company to make sure this scam of a place doesn't get any extra money from me.
This place is best described as a motel because it has outside access to all rooms. The linens and sheets are clean, rooms are fine, staff is helpful and friendly. The biggest issue are some guests who are noisy all night long, and this means until sun up. Shared a wall with one such guest and didn't get a lot of sleep. However it was fine the other nights. Some rooms have an off odor, not all. Nino's restaurant is next door and is good home made Italian food. I'll stay at the Q again as budget and proximity dictate.
They have horrible service and most of their customers run off on the cabs they hide in the rooms with the help of the lobby tenant. They are racist and bed bug infested
It was on the nice location right on the exit and it has nice and decent rooms and the guest service was also good
Horrible service at the front desk. Very little English required to work here. Rooms smell horrendous
