I've used just about every car service in the area. There are companies the claim great service but L&H is the real deal. The owner is very hands on and always doing her best to make sure I'm comfortable (oftering heated seats or reclining seats.etc...). This is the first time I actually gave a rating so that would tell you something right there. If you need a ride in the Waterbury area L&H will give you the best price on top of the most comfortable ride. Thanks again guys.
I love L&H car service, whenever I need a ride they are always there to help me out whether I need a ride in town in Waterbury or need a ride to Six Flags in Massachusetts!!!! They have great customer service and always greet me when I enter the car. They have all sorts of cars available too, one of the drivers has a 4 wheel drive SUV that would be awesome in the snow. The prices are just right, compared to Lyft and Uber they are a steal. Give them a try, every person is different so everyone has their own opinions. I recommend this service 100%.
I was picked up by a lovely young lady in a burgundy acura and no complaints! She was on time and had a nice conversation and the price is unbeatable. I believe in old school cabs and I'm glad to see somebody's giving uber a run for their money! For a taxi service I can't ask for much more especially for the price. Thank you
The owner of the taxi service is possibly the most interesting woman I have met. She cares deeply about customer service and the welfare of her employees. If you are lucky enough to take a taxi with her, be prepared for some deep and meaningful conversation, I feel like I had a ride with a therapist!
