Was on hold for 45 minutes and hung up and tried to call again for the next 30 minutes and they kept the phone off the hook. All I needed to ask was a yes or no question that would've taken 1 minute
The manager was absolutely amazing and helped me when it would have been much easier to send me away. Great customer service.
Poor customer service by the manager. I attempted to buy new running sneakers. The male worker showed me 2 pairs & then kept trying to sell me merchandise that I did not need, at this point when I refused the un-needed merchandise & told him I'm not interested it became apparent that he was frustrated. The male manager does not value customer service at all his primary goal is to push un-needed merchandise. he then later said we will not find an entry level running shoe at the brass mill mall.
