The front desk people are friendly and knowledgable, the techs are friendly and gentle with my 7 dogs, and the vets are caring and friendly with the owners and pets.
If you love your pet, don’t bring them here. :(
I wish I can leave zero stars this is the worst place possible my dog has been healthy for the 6 months I got her and as soon as I brought her here she started to act different and guess what after the second round of shots my puppy was sick and her Eyes are all puffy and red and gooing and bleeding and was told she had pyoderma and I didn’t trust them and I went to a different vet today and was told if I didn’t act soon enough my dog would have lost both of her eyes and have been blind at 8 months old , I even got flea bites from being in their filthy rooms , this is he worst place ever and now I have to wait and see now if my puppy will be fine , I’m outraged by this place , they have no clue about what they are doing obviously had basic requirements to be vets and probably just made it , how are you going to just try and sell me some dumb cream and say she’ll be better , and then the next place said she could had gone blind , DO NOT GO HERE AT ALLLLLL unless you what an injured or dead pet

Normally ive been pleased with them but the last 2 times i have gone the blonde girl at the front counter just has been rude.and no matter how friendly i try to be she just gives me a attitude. my cat goes there because i pay for the insurance. But now looking to cancel and go else where because i know the min i walk in the door im going to have a unpleasant experiance.her name is jennifer.
