Very honest. Gives estimates and calls if any more work is needed also gives estimates and gets an authorization before doing any more work. They were very reasonable with their prices. They also for much cheaper then my usual mechanic upwards of $500 cheaper for the exact same muffler part. So I went back to them for more service and I would recommend them.
I am very impressed with the quality of service and professionalism of the employees.. Everyone is very helpful and respectful. I am very comfortable taking my car there for service because I know they are going to be very honest about the service I need and not try to take advantage of me.
