Horrible office nurses always arguing in back I've witnessed them being so rude to senior citizens who don't know any better ! Doctors always rushing you out I've had to go back 4-5 times within weeks times to hear different news of what was wrong and they were all wrong ! Horrible office currently looking for another primary
Fabulous doctors and staff. Sometimes there is a wait because they are that good but once you get in you and your health are their priority.
This place it by far full of the worse doctors there. My father was on a benzodiazepine and they just cut him off instead of tapering him witch they can't do I'm debating on taking action on his behalf. He can have a seizure now. I'd def take the whole place Down after the incopitence from the staff too
This doctor has been my primary for years and i called today to book an appointment with no problem. My pharmacist called to get a script for insulin and some idiot named Jenn wouldn't fill it. Really!!! Apparently the staff there lacks common since denying a diabetic insulin because I haven't been seen there in awhile shame on Brass City Medicine. I will never walk through your doors again or recommend anyone to your practice. Taking care of the sick is obviously not your number one concern.
I just called to book an appointment as a new patient. And they turned me away stating they were short and didn't have time. Also stated "call back tomorrow and maybe we could get to you" really? As a potential customer you turn me away for too much work?? That's your job. My father in law goes here and I hope to find him a different doctor real soon. Not recommending anyone to come here!
