This was my first visit and I will definitely choose this office again if I have the need. The staff were courteous and professional. The care provided was professional and educational. Karen made sure we understood what was wrong based on the symptoms and that we were informed on medications and procedures to get well. Thanks for caring.
Wonderful service! From the time I walked in I felt comfortable. The receptionist was very informative and professional and the physician that treated me was so down to earth. Healthcare should be like this everywhere.
The staff there was amazing and Kayla the doctor for awesome!! Everyone was so welcoming and made me feel so comfortable with X-rays and the whole visit. Even with my broken nose. Thanks again for a great visit. I will recommend this walk in center to everyone I know.
The staff here is kind and knowledgeable. The waiting room and exam rooms are clean and tidy. They get really busy sometimes and there can be a long wait. Still, I highly recommend PhysicianOne Urgent Care.
