I contacted customer service, and to their credit, I received a quick response apologizing for the mistake and promising to correct it. This quick response accounts for the second star of my rating, but unfortunately the remainder of my experience was so unsatisfactory that it probably deserves the worst possible rating.

I finally received the correct order two weeks after my initial order, more than a week of which was wasted by the company's poor service and lack of attention to detail.
Following my initial contact, I received a return UPS shipping label from the company so I could send back the erroneous item. All well and good, and I was happy to do so. However, what made me very unhappy was the fact that they wouldn't ship me the correct items I'd originally ordered till they received my return item--the very item they'd incorrectly sent me in the first place. Completely their fault, not mine, yet they made me wait and provided an aura of distrust, as if I wouldn't send back the other item if they asked. They should have immediately sent out the correct item to me, and dealt with the return from there.
Perhaps this was an anomalous problem with Tools Plus, but I sure won't ever darken their door with another order.
I placed a simple order for four replacement pads for my sander. I received a package a few days later, but it was not the item I ordered, in fact not even close: it was someone else's order, complete with someone else's packing slip inside. These things happen, and while I was disappointed in the error, I understand and accept the error for what it was.

Meanwhile, I returned the incorrect item via UPS, as they requested, and they received it the very next day according to tracking info. However, I had to contact them again after three full business days had passed following the return and I'd still not received my correct order; worse, they'd not even shipped it, and I have to wonder whether they ever would have had I not contacted them again.
Bought the Milwaukee M18 FUEL Trimmer for father who lives in Florida. Grass never stops growing there. Talked with their very helpful sales staff who helped me pick it out. Tools Plus shipped out my order the same day that I purchased it too. My Dad loves his gift and has another tool to add to his M18 lineup. I will shop with Tools Plus again in the future the next time I need reliable and friendly service.
I purchased a hammer drill from Tolls Plus Outlet on 5/5/17 it arrived on 5/13/17 I did not use this tool until 7/8/17 When I tried using it I found out it is not working properly, something electrical it started and stopped and restarted and stopped again. I contacted the seller on 7/13 It was too late (30+ days) for return, the seller gave me a run around in 5-6 communications back and forth and than told me to go to call factory service place. I had to buy a new drill from HD and now I have a non working drill from Tools Plus Outlet. MY LAST purchase from them. I am forced to pay for repairs to a tool that came out of the box not working!!!! Ebay left me hanging and said there is nothing that I can do and since it is past 60 days from purchase I can not even leave Feedback on the seller!!!! how convenient. I think I am done with Ebay as well.... I will stick with what works... AMAZON! they have always been there for me.
