When you there to buy they have excellent customer service but when you need help forget about it. They are either too busy or don't have people to do it. Bought a watch so I could use for my trip and needed another link added and they couldn't do it for me. So I can't use my watch till I come back from my vacations. Im not interested in buying here again.
