I had such a great experience with Michael’s jewelers. I had the pleasure of dealing with Jasmine Acosta. She was such a knowledgeable and charismatic young lady. She had ample product knowledge and even helped me narrow down my choices for Christmas gifts. I especially loved that she communicates in both English and Spanish. The ability to relate culturally and communicate on multiple levels truly adds to the shopping experience. Far too often you’re left to shop with unenthusiastic and lackluster sales people. I went to another "jeweler" at first. Jeweler told me he had to cut my necklace in half then melt a piece of gold to mend back together. My necklace is a bizmark link, one strip of the link was loose. I disagreed with that Jeweler and went to Michaels Jewelers, Michaels treated my necklace with care and professionalism.
