Food was ok. Service was ok. No rush to go back.
Wonderful staff. Convenient location and attractive facility. Stay there during a snow storm and manager and staff went our of there way to help me clean the snow off my car. Additionally, attendant shoveling snow off sidewalk, shoveled the snow around my car to allow me access. Truly exceptinal service!
Too the owner: Mr. You have good food but if I stay waiting for 20min for a waiter and you have only 20 other guests inside I think you should organize waiter and front door more,so finally maybe you can serve e more people,because like this Im sure Im not the only one complaining for this
Bad waiting. Food is excellent. I was couple times here and left 2 times. U wait in front door to be seated and noone talks to you and you see 20 empty tables. So i left. 2nd time after waiting 10min in front was seated with 4 other people and waited for waiter 20min . So we decided to leave.
Terrible experience every time I have tried to go to this restaurant. Multiple times I have not even been greeted or seated... After waiting and not being addressed for some time, I have taken my business elsewhere. This location does not have a well run staff. I didn't even waste my time telling the manager there because I would have been talking to deaf ears. Never eating at this location again.
A wonderful brunch at Arethusa al Tavolo. The tuna tartar was phenomenal and of course the eggs Benedict with salmon.
Worth the drive to Bantam, especially if you bring home some ice cream or cheeses from the dairy store!
The staff always delivers friendly professional service-very attentive and accommodating.
