The service was very good but, when we had our ginger ales replaced because the first two were tasteless, my brother got his correctly but, mine came back as a sprite instead.
This is the first time I ate at the Olive Garden. I've heard it advertised and so, when my brother invited me to try it, I agreed. Since I had a big breakfast, I wasn't very hungry so, I ordered the round zucchini bites with cheese and a marinara sauce. For something light, I ordered the Shrimp Scampi. Both dishes were great. The pre-dinner rolls were nice and hot and tasty too.
I had a small mishap with my dinner this evening and the manager was amazing in handling this situation promptly with a smile and many apologies ! Sometimes mistakes do happen but the way the manager took care of it will surely keep me as a customer ! Thank you so much ! Our server was also very sweet and attentive !
I liked the fact that they turned the a/c to a comfortable cool level since it was 87 degrees outside. Many places try to cut back and the customer pays for it in discomfort.

The menu items for supper seemed a bit on the pricy side but, they may be worth it if they are as good as the lunch items we ordered. It's something to look forward to in the future.
Used to one of my favorites.. definately in need of a rebirth. Dust and cobwebs galore, food stains splattered on walls, just leaves you wondering what the kitchen looks like. Not to mention portions have shrunk immensely. Guess all good things must come to a end.

Waitress disappeared for 20 minutes
Said "my grandmother is in the hospital. I had to check on her.". Personally, she should be doing that on her time. Overall poor service again. Why I bother to come back is beyond me.
