First and last time ever.. most disorganized disfunctional place that I've been to by far in ages. Ordered medium rare burger and came out 45 minutes later well done and soggier as a wet dog on a rainy day.
I used to go here all the time. But this latest visit was my last. First off it wasn't busy at all, there were plenty of front row parking spots. However the floor inside was dirty, my seat hadn't been wiped down. The bathrooms were disgusting, the paper towel holder was broken and the sink was broken. My little daughter found out the hard way that only scolding hot water came out if the faucet. Then when my burger came it was soaked in grease. So soaked in grease that when I bit into it, grease poured out all over the tray and kept coming out. I really don't know how so much grease could even get into a burger. I really wished that we had eaten at Mc Donald's instead.
Keep driving, don't stop here. Small portions, steak fajitas like rubber, can't chew or cut with knife. Waste of $
The food is never disappointing. The burgers are incredible every single time. The wait staff is always so friendly.
Usually I LOVE Chilis-Boneless buffalo wing....my favorite since they opened in my area but, as time went on food changes. I just decided to get To Go and I promise no more of that!!!! My husband was there early to pick up and by time he got home the food was ice cold with 10-15 min. He ordered steak and it was almost solid as a rock and my food was just the same. Their food is better to eat in and not out. I'll always love Chilis but not To Go.
