I loved learning about becoming a CNA, Phlebotomist and EKG tech! Great team work with all the students and teachers which made learning fun.
At Torrington branch they teach you everything you need to become an excellent CNA. Besides, they always care about you, whether as a student or as a CNA, if you need anything you can call them and they will help you. Is a good place to study. Nice and professional instructors, nice environment... I can't recommend Academy of Medical Training enough!!
I would highly recommend attending The Academy of Medical Training. The owner, Jamie, was the instructor of my Phlebotomy course. She’s very thorough and knows exactly what she’s talking about. She really takes the time to make sure that you fully understand everything. She’s extremely hardworking, organized and makes the process fun and easy. The classroom is very relaxed and the 8-hour days fly by. You will learn so much more than expected in just a two week period, as opposed to an entire semester at other programs. I commuted about 45-mins but completing the program in such a short period of time was entirely worth it. I really enjoyed my time at the Academy of Medical Training and would definitely recommended it to anyone interest in any of the programs offered!
