Let me tell you ,if you are looking to purchase a car or truck or sell your vehicle use car max. The people are great, yes real people ,no pressure easy ,your pace. I sold a vehicle and bought vehicle & I can't say enough. Yes I am a real customer of carmax.
Setup an appointment and an hour later still not seen. Nice building and nice staff but sitting around in the lobby is not my ideal Monday night.
