I have bought 6 used cars in my life so far... More than half stopped working soon after purchase. That's not how things are at Highline cars! I struggled to find a car in my price range for months until coming here. They have a great selection & fair prices. Most below average market value! I negotiated a few in-house repairs & we worked things out so everyone is happy! How rare is that?? That is really the key here -- they won't stop until you are satisfied. So refreshing! I think if you go to a bigger dealership you'll pay several thousand more for the same car - and the only difference we found is better detailing. Save the big money & get your car detailed elsewhere for the best bang for your buck!
I purchased a vehicle from them a couple of months ago and am definitely satisfied with not only the vehicle but the service as well! I usually don’t take the time to write reviews let alone read them, but after accidentally bumping into some of these reviews (mostly on yelp) I really felt the need to, as some of these people are out of touch with reality! I visited a couple of USED car dealers in the area and the inventory was of the same quality (ALL car dealers get their vehicles from the same source) but Highline’s was offered at a significantly lower price. The key word here is USED, so some of these vehicles are bound to have something replaced, painted or repaired here and there (you are not going to sit there and tell me that you were NEVER involved in a fender bender in your lifetime!!!). Also, no one is a fortune teller and can foresee the future, therefore just like with health (one day you might feel perfectly fine…..the next day you die of a heart attack) same goes for vehicle, it’s no revelation…..they break. If you want a guaranty, visit a NEW car dealer, although you might be surprised as well when a brand new vehicle with 25k that you paid a lot of money for, starts burning oil (speaking from experience). Charlie , my salesperson was very cordial and helpful throughout the whole process….not pushy at all! Overall a GOOD experience and have not had any issues with my vehicle either…it runs great! I will definitely recommend this place to my friends and become a repeat customer. I believe that everyone is entitled to their own opinion as I know from experience that some people can be bitter and seek vengeance, therefore take a ride and see for yourself!
I had the pleasure of buying a car from Mike and his salesmen at Highline this week, and I could not have been more pleased with the transaction.Kevin was our salesman and his expertise on the vehicle was amazing, and he was very friendly and easy going about us test driving it. He was generally interested in our lives and what we would use the car for. The condition of the vehicles they had were superb. You can tell the owner is very selective about what he offers his clients. The car we ended up going with was a great price and was exactly what we were hoping for when we started this process. We went to a few other dealers to see similar cars, and although they were alright, Highline was by far the best. Bad used car dealers can give the business a negative connotation. It's guys like the ones at Highline who make you realize that there are people who put customer service above all else. Our interaction with Kevin was so great, we plan on referring him to our friends and using him for future car purchases. If you're looking for a great quality used car, I can't recommend Highline Car Connection enough. THey have our business for life.
