Really can't quite understand why there would be any negative reviews at all. Only thing I can think of is it had to be the customer themself. Only because I'm a recent customer, and my experience was absolutely outstanding. I guess some people are just miserable no matter what you do. Been buying cars for over 30 years, and never have I had such a professional experience like the one I had at Jim Juliani Motors. It starts with the Sales Manager Milton. Talk about professional, knowledgeable, and personable. This guy is the epitome of it. Then it continued with my Salesman Joe, to the Finance Manager Kyle. The owner Jim is there everyday, its no wonder the man has been in business for over 30 years and is an A+ with the BBB (which was my reason for going there). Cant say enough about this place! Only I'll be back!! Thank you guys!
Only rating a 4 because as of right now, we're still in the financing process. However, from the initial phone call to seeing the car(a beautiful 2009 Chevrolet Traverse) my mother and I received nothing but incredible service. We mostly worked with Joe, who is doing everything he can to get us out of our beat up Pontiac. Even if financing doesn't work out for us, I would still recommed this dealership to friends and family.
Edit: Everything worked out and we drove away last night with the Chevy Traverse. Joe and his team truly did everything they could in LESS THAN A WEEK to get us this much needed car and stayed in communication with us through the entire process! I'm extremely happy with this car and the experience I had at Jim Juliani's. The car drove very smoothly, almost felt like we were gliding or hovering. Which, is a big change from a 2005 Pontiac Grand Am! We have a big family with lots of animals, and everyone is loving the car so far! Even my Bullmastif was able to easily get in the car, and turn around to get out with the seats pulled up as close as they go! Obviously some wear and tear, but it's a used car so what do you expect? And with kids and animals, only more to be made is expected! I've already started recommending this dealer to family and friends. LOVE THEM!
Drove over 2 hours to buy a vehicle from here and couldn't be more satisfied at the level of professionalism that went into this car buying experience. I dealt with Joe and he handled everything superbly. When I need to buy another vehicle, they will be the first place I check. I wouldn't normally take the time to write a review for anything, but when the level of service is this high I felt compelled to.
Probably one of the best car buying experiences I've had. Jeff, my salesman, was very honest right from the start. Milton and Kyle were very professional and answered all my questions and concerns. Good experience from start to finish. Would definitely shop there again.
