Excellent knowledgeable and friendly staff who answered all my questions. Excellent pricing cheaper than Enterprise Rentals. Cars were clean and smelled brand new. Huge amount of different cars to choose from. Gas was topped off upon pick up. Super Fast rental process blows Enterprise away being less complicated. It's was very nice to use their EZ Pass with no slow down at tolls. Fast and easy drop off. A+A+A+ all the way. I will definitely be a returning customer. What an excellent experience.

We had a reservation and they wouldn't accept a PR license even do we try to explain to them theirs 2 driver license type. Michelle and Frank extremely rude they didnt let us talk. Same with the other PR people before me.I would hate to think is a race thing.
1. They are difficult to reach - dial their local number and you will speak to some guys in California.

2. Not dependable - I had a reservation, came over to pick my car at 5.45 pm (they suppose to work until 6pm). The door was closed, lights are off. I had my friend to drive me all the way back.
