Though they are very convenient, their rental prices were ridiculous! Paid more for a car here for 2 days to drive in and around d Waterbury than I did for a car I rental previously from another company for 4 days to go to Georgia and back. Smh

The car was fine but I needed a ride the enterprise in my town had no cars. So I had to go to Waterbury one town over. Exactly 4.1 miles. They would not pick me up because I was from another town. They would travel farther in there own town. Very disappointed. Never ever again.
Pick up arrived 30 minutes late for the scheduled time. All the staff were pleasant and helpful. Insurance Company rate was very reasonable.Vehicle was fine for the drive home, nothing special but no problems.
The "We pick you up." Was so valuable to me. Both being picked up and dropped off was so convenient. I travelled back to CT, via Bradley International Airport and the rental in Waterbury was only a fraction of cost at airport. Great staff!!!
